I think the amount of sleep needed to function well varies from person to person, but sleep is very very important. Make sure you're giving your body enough so that you feel well rested and energetic during the day. I usually need about 8.5 or 9.
I like to get chicken, potatoes, salad, veggies, that kind of lean meat and slow acting carbs when I go out. I usually opt to go ahead and have dressing (I like ranch) but I try to use just a little.
Well I workout at home and I do squats with a barbell, and although this probably isn't safe, I actually prefer to workout barefoot. I guess I shouldn't recommend that though. Would hurt if you dropped a weight on your foot.:confused:
