    Why do you need a Carb-Up day?

    You really don't need a carb up day. All you need to do is a high carb meal every 4th day in place of your last meal. This sends your body into panic mode and makes it work extra hard to burn all the carbs you just took in. By staying on a low carb diet all the time, your met. slows down.

    Am I eating enough? Critique my diet.

    86 the pork chops and throw in some lean beef..at least 93%. You'll experience much better growth from beef. Add some carbs, but keep them under 30grams a meal. One serving of oatmeal, serving of brown rice, and/or 6 oz. sweet potato.

    I don't do cardio ever, and I won't need to. Actually, Quad gave me my original diet, and whipping cream is something he uses in his precontest diets as well. And he never does cardio, and usually shows in the 3% range.
