    Its about 3700 cal, 360 grams protein, 380g carbs, and 85g fat. I am trying to bulk up, not worried about cutting weight. i am 5" 9" and am currently 190 lbs. Body fat id say about 15% but not to the exact percentage. Thanks for the replies. What should i be eating more and when?
