Im trying to gain some weight but i work all day out in the sun i only weigh 135 what would be the best things for me to eat breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks throughout the day?
Junk really pizza rolls, ice cream, beef jerky, candy..whatevers layin around i dont got to make then whatever is for supper...my sleeping has been messed up lately too so that didnt help with my appetite
