Your right- I realize good diet and smart training are important. I also know that the cycyle I plan to take will not do me any good if I don't eat clean and train smart. Nothing works without effort, people who choose to use ways other than diet and excercise don't get results without discipline.

Just to answers nonerz question I do weight training first then cardio. Except leg day I am usually to devastated and I can't split train because I am a full time student and work 40+hrs a week. Maybe I'll try the walking thing on leg day.
