We have one of those scales that measures dryness of the soles of feet against ht and weight. It has me at 24~26% and I am 6'-2"/248 lbs. The water displacement tank at my Dr. has me at 10%~12%. Don't even LOOK at the BMI # on these consumer scales...they are not programed for fitness...
