Sounds pretty normal if you are a big eater. Protien shakes seem to help me go alot also.

Ive seen them and even felt them, but I cant imagine they would be very comfortable to sleep on. If im not comfy I cant sleep.

I cant sleep on my stomach at all, very uncomfortable to me. I do best when on my back also.

Have you tried the different sleeping positions yet?
