Ah cheers, what exercises are best for forearm workouts something like the bar hold or the farmers walk? I failed on barbell row again today, that the 3rd time I can't do 35kg. I have dropped the weight before but still can't do it... might take a video to see if my form is crap

OK screw it I'll stick with the 5x5 until I can bench my bodyweight. I trust you guys. Just realised that I was using the first edition of 5x5 stronglifts without the pushups or pullups/chinups. I've got bad wrists so can't do pushups and I do have a bar in my home-gym to do pullups/chinups...
I've gained 4kg since I started the 5x5 although I managed to add an inch to my waist as well but I don't really mind about that at this point... easy lost. Start seeing mass gains when I'm approaching my 30's!? I don't want to look like Arnie I just want a middleweight boxer physique. I really...
Alright guys, I've been doing the 5x5 stronglifts routine for about 12 weeks now and although I have gained in strength I am not seeing any real aesthetic changes. I want to build some muscle for show... so can anyone recommend a good bodybuilding routine? Would either of these routines that I...
Hey, I've been doing the 5x5 stronglifts routine for 9 weeks now, starting to get pretty tough. But I was thinking of adding some exercises after I finish my 5x5 workout. Obviously no more squats or deads but something like 10 reps of tricep extensions, calf raises, reverse crunches, dumbbell...
Yeah but what about someone like Cristiano Ronaldo who looks both ripped and strong. He obviously isn't on steroids due to the fact he get drug tested every week. It's just that I have started this 5x5 workout and I'm in my 5th week and haven't noticed any physical difference. And when I look at...
Mendi looks pretty good, and so do a couple of the others but the vast majority look like they may as well not have bothered training. I don't think think it's fair to say every guy on a magazine or anyone who has a good body is on steroids.
I thought it would be best to mainly stick to compound exercises. I kept the exercise variation minimal so that you can concentrate on maintaining correct form and also to enable you to add 2.5kg to bar each week. You could probably remove the ab exercises from the upper body days and you could...
Ah cool. It just that the examples he uses really don't look as strong as they say they are. There seems to be very little muscle development considering the weights they claim they can lift. I mean I'd like to think I'd have a pretty damn impressive chest if I was able to bench press 120kg...
I was was reading through the stronglifts 5x5 pdf file and I noticed that the vast majority of the people held up as examples for the success of the program don't have aesthetically pleasing bodies. I mean they have gained a lot of strength as shown in their lift records(for example bench press...
