I' ve started training a year ago,and my legs have gotten bigger and now my thighs are rubbing together.I love the feeling,i'm a guy 5'8" and about 180,my thighs are 24.5" and my goal is 28" to 30" or more.Any tricks to help me achive my goal faster? Thanks Steve.
