what's the best way to recover from a night of drinking. i'm not talking about hangover, but the body itself. running? water? i'm visiting some friends this weekend and i'll most likely be drinking a lot each night, and i want to minimize any muscle catabolism. thanks
when i'm bulking, i try to add a protein + milk shake if my stomach has room ... but then again, when i bulk, i do just that: BULK. a lot of people on here like to take it slow and only go 250 cals over maintainence. to each his own
no one can answer that except for you. some believe you shouldnt touch it until you've reached your max potential, while some believe it doesn't matter ... only you can decide. just make sure you're familiar with the possible side effects, how to deal with them (ex. gyno) and how to properly run...
