Ha! I was just thinking that - everytime that commecial comes on I hit the 'mute' button. I will NEVER eat at Quiznos now because of that commercial. Just the fact that Quiznos execs would approve that annoying crap makes me distrust their product...

I used some ephedra products about a year ago, then tried the non-ephedra and got no results. Just started Vasporo this week (25mg Ephedrine Hcl) and holy crap that stuff kicks a**. Great for cardio energy boost. Anyone else tried this?

I get organic golden flax seeds in bulk at Whole Foods or Wild Oats health food stores. I fill up just above the blades in a coffee grinder, grind em and mix it in water or juice. It tastes good and not hard on the stomach at all. In water it tastes like cream of wheat cereal...
