do some of ya's fit in like 4-6 meals PLUS 1 - 2 shakes a day when bulking!? I eat 6 meals a day (thats including 3 shakes tho) but i wanna fit more in cause my metabolism is fast as!
But everytime i go to eat more i feel like spewing!
HOW CAN I FIT MORE IN? :D
Drinking water or anything else before a meal makes me full... but i can drink shitloads after a meal!
Not sure if theres any truth to what ur saying.. but we do need water at some stage cause it transports the food (someone correct me if im wrong :) )
Is there any natural ways of increasing my appetite? Right now im bulking but im not on the juice or anything like that and dont plan to be.. suggestions would be great thanks :)
