If this is true, my maintenance calories should be about 2556.. but isn't this low for someone at 213lbs ? I'm trying to...
How do you all get down 300g of protein a day? i can't see it.
Each meal would have to be about what 50g protein per meal, eating six meals a day. I'm trying to Cut right now.. so what foods would help me get up to 300g a day besides Chicken Breast and egg whites?
ps.. i'm allergic to all...
Ok.. i just picked up some Optimum 100% Whey, i want to consume some type of food , so my body will have something to feed on while sleep .. i've stated before I wouldn't take in any carbs after 6pm
but would taking in 3g of carbs right before bed, really hurt my diet?
