    right foot falling asleep

    ok here is my situation: I run on the elliptical for an hour 5x a week, it never fails taht around my 35 minute mark my right foot, specifically all of my toes on my right foot fall asleep. What could be the culprit? Do I need to turn up teh headphones so they are more entertained?

    I've gotten used to only having that. Before I would have biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, and a pancake or six. You see where I was heading, 300lbs at 99%bf. This is just one reason for only a banana for breakfast. :)

    Banana for breakfast. 1.5 oz of cashews for snack 6oz tuna for lunch 1tbsp of peanut butter for snack 2 liters of water since noon I have had another can of tuna, another tbsp of pb, handfull of grapes and an apple.

    Just a general statement. I feel like I have been eating all day. Having my "snacks" every 2 hours. I feel like I am doing really good on keeping my diet in check, plus I am on day four of lipoflame. I have energy to spare, already having to do laps around the office! :)

    No booze (Quit a long time ago! Haven't had a drink in over 4 years, and then it was one or two a month at best), ho-ho's, or twinkies. Doing cardio 5x week.

    Don't know the exact # of cal's in my usual meals. Be safe to assume that it is below 2400. I also 2-3 times a week have fresh veggies (butterbeans, tomatoes, green beans, collards, black-eye peas) one of the luxuries of living in the south, we have access to all fresh veggies :)

    morning - banana + protein shake mid-morn - handfull of cashews lunch - can of tuna + 2 litres of water mid-afternoon - protein shake dinner - usually grilled chicken & brown rice After w/o - can of tuna with water. Usually consume about 1gal - 1.5 gal of water a day.

    Yeah that has been hammered home on more thatn one occassion. I am going to reduce cal intake by 20% next week and see how I feel.

    Re: Noob with a couple questions *UPDATED* ok, so I have been doing my cardio all week, been eating pretty clean, only had one slip up! I am down 6 lbs this week. I know that probably 5.5 lbs was water weight but 6 lbs down is 6 lbs down.
