    def pull for speed singles i do about 60% of my max because the point is not to overload with weight, but to build speed pull against bands or chains and i usually do 10-12 singles and btw pulls need to be done every week not heavy but done some advocate this others dont my experience...

    foam rollers are great, but for powerlifting a reverse hyper would really be a great tool alot of back pain comes from weak glutes and the rev hyper will def help with that problem as well as torque the spine to decompress it

    dont bother with inzer suits if you are going single ply poly they are crap go for TITAN centurion is a great first suit thats my suggestion and for briefs get either predator briefs or Metal briefs as far as wraps go the APT convicts are amazing

    regardless of ur height post a vid but to me sounds like weak glutes and core incorporate reverse hypers, glute-ham raise, and lots of STANDING abs also do hip briges a few times a week outside of the gym and blast strap ab fallouts are great too
