Alright, haven't been logging here in a few days because I've been eating out and don't really know the calories in the dishes. They were probably low because I mostly ate chicken and vegetables.
I'm down to 217lbs. Just weighed myself today.
Today I had a cup of coffee with 3 scoops of...
I just got these about a week ago. When I first received them I could only do the 100's about 10 times. Now I can do 20 with it.
With the 150's I can barely close it one time. Since the 100's are so easy for me now, how do I transition into the 150's?
100's=20 rep closed easy
150's=1 rep...
I wear some vans type shoes I bought at payless shoesource. They work great. Flat bottomed and comfortable.
I would use weightlifting shoes, but they're too expensive.

Eat more. Anyone who says they can't gain weight just isn't eating enough. For christ sakes I gained 10 pounds in like a month(some fat some muslce).
4000 calories isn't hard. That's only four 12oz ribeye steaks.
I remember seeing a mathematical formula that helped people find their 1 rep max by calculating their 5 rep max. Maybe theres a formula out there that can take your 1 rep max to calculate what your 5 rep max should look like.
It's kind of weird. I haven't really been too hungry at all lately. I think I am suffering a little strength loss, but I think most of it is in my muscle endurance. I can still pull the same 385 off the ground, but I can't seem to do 12 rep squats anymore. Can do about 6 before I'm winded.

Thanks. At first this was kind of tough for me, but I don't really get hungry that much anymore despite the low calories. I think it's because I"m just filling myself with tons of celery and brocolli.
I think I need a whole new set of shirts. My old shirts don't button up at the neck anymore. I think my back and neck grew a lot since deadlifting.
I tried the custom made stuff. They're so expensive though.
I was thinking that if I didn't have to wear shirts and ties , or that I was just wealthy and didn't have to work I would get some freaken fat and strong. By that I mean I would eat so much food each day just to prepare to lift weights the next day and get massive gains from massive calories.
