    Thanks bros... It's at a close max for me...doesn't seem to be a problem until I hit 315 (not super heavy (I do 3 sets of 6), but not light)...I typically won't go any heavier. I'll try your tips....thanks.

    . . Was wondering if the heavyweights here do pullups...if so, how many. I'm 265 and can do like TWO!!! Typically work my lat-pulls up to 220x6..will this help? Get kinda jealous when light guys jump up and do 20+....

    . . What might cause this... I go beyond 90, just above ATF....medium stance, toes outs...pretty sure my heels are flat. (I use running shoes though..eek) When pushing outta the hole, seems like my knees move in, then back out... Advice?

    Thanks men... Did shoulders today....had to NOT do upright rows...just too painful...all else (pressing) seemed ok...guess I'll find out tommorrow.... (did shrugs on standing calf machine...that was cool...) Doubt I can do any dl's, or pulls....

    . . If I don't warm up properly (especially hammies), my lower back goes into brutal spasms when squats get heavy. Almost causing me to entirely stop the workout. Usually (when it DOES happen), I just go slower, and really stretch, but the spasms don't really stop...just get a bit less severe...
