I would bump up the dose without pyramiding to atleast 40mg ed for 6-7weeks I am using 50mg ed for 6 weeks with winny 50 mg ed for 8weeks and fina/androsol topically for 10 weeks if lack of availibility to other AS is the problem atleast get fina and androsol.
