    clomid side effect?

I don't believe the clomid is what is causing the depression, blurred vision and acne. OK, when do you take clomid? You take clomid at the end of a cycle, yes? Sounds to me like these are withdrawl symptoms from the steroids, but then who am I...

    Endurance Training

Good luck with your training! A word of caution...have you done a 2 1/2 mile swim before? You may want to up the frequency of your swimming just a bit, if it is at all possible, or maybe try swimming non-stop for an hour or so... Anything after that first mile and a half just isn't fun...

Muscle soreness (or lack thereof) and seeing results (or lack thereof)

A review of the literature might prove otherwise. You can try Powers, Scott "Exercise Physiology, 3rd Edition by Brown and Benchmark, 1997 pg 401. or another trusted reference is UC Berkeley's Brooks, George A. et. al, 1996.

    Anything else...???

To burn fat most efficiently you need at least 3 days of 45 minutes or so in your target heart rate so that the aerobic system really kicks in and starts to break down the fat. You've already made considerable advances...

Muscle soreness (or lack thereof) and seeing results (or lack thereof)

The overall best thing you can do is listen to Ms. Patti LaBelle and get a new attitude. Do you remember what Master Quai-Gon said to young Annikan Skywalker...."your focus determines your reality" No truer words have been spoken. So, first of all, take a huge, deep breath...out with the...

swimming-the definitive word on it for cardio?

I would tend to concur with the already mentioned criticism that this was a study of obese people trying to lose weight. SWIMMING BURNS CALORIES, regardless of where your body heat goes. Have you ever watched competative swimming on television and seen a fat participant? I didn't think so...

    any endurance athletes out there?

Clenbuterol is good. Studies have verified that clen increases muscle mass, decreases body fat and exerts metabolic effects that augment the endurance training effect. (Brooks et. al., 1996) Now, everyone reacts differently, and some people don't like it, most likely because at moderate to...

swimming-the definitive word on it for cardio?

Swimming will not add fat, this is a widely believed myth, most likely because swimmers don't necessarily have to be ultra-lean to be competative. It is the best all-around aerobic-type workout, because not only do you work both upper and lower extremities, it is no-impact. However, if you...
