Okay, so as you all know, I am 5'3 143 26% bf (I'm a girl) and I am doing 3x a week weight training and 4x a week cardio. Here is my diet... it's newly modified...
9:00am- Whey Protein (17g of protein, 80 cals, 1g of fat)
12:00 noon- 1/3 cup of 100% whole durham wheat pasta, 8 oz. green beans...
