Slipknots Wait and Bleed always seems to get me angry. Fear Factory has all kinds of nice motivational music. Old school Slayer, Pantera, early Metallica, Sepultura, White Zombie, and The Murderdolls always seem to make my Ipods playlists.

Hogan is recovering from knee surgery. He is also promoting his daughters singing career. Goldberg is an entertaining wrestler but he really does not posses technical skills (not to mention he was the one who prematurely ended Bret Harts career). Current favorites Rock, Foley, Benoit, Raven.

I sympathize with your problem. I ruptured three discs and had surgery 4 years ago. Stretching like previously mentioned has definitely helped. I would also make sure to stretch your hamstrings really well both before and after workouts.
