hey guys My current weight is around 104kg I don´t know the bf % but I´m not fat just bulky
my question is when/if I reach my goal weight at 110kg is it ok for me to step on a specially designed VLCD-diet designed for bodybuilders which gives me an ammount of 120 grams of protein daily...
I would front on the 2 first shots taking 800mg to reach steadystate faster and I would go for atleast 14 weeks, 10 weeks is to short in my opinion.
