    When should I change workout and to what??

    I have been doing this workout for about 3 weeks now coming from a full body workout 3x a week. When should I start doing something differant or should I just change the reps up? Any advice is appreciated, thanks. http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dougs-4-day-split-workout.html
