    This brown rice sucks.

    Green Tea burn fat ??

    The information here are easy to understand. I've been trying to lose weight and my old regimen doesn't seem to reduce my weight the way that it did when I started with it. I'll add green tea in the morning to help me with my poor metabolism. Thanks!

    losing weight??

    White rice isn't bad as long as you limit it at 1 cup per meal. Grlpwr is right. Eat smaller meals throughout the day, but make sure that you are taking protein rich foods to avoid feeling hungry before each meal. Be sure to take a regular exercise - 90 minutes a day, at least. That's what I did...

    is it hard for any one else?

    Same here. But I observe that when I wake up as early as 5-7 AM, I feel hungry. It's only when I wake up later after that I don't seem to have appetite for breakfast.
