I was looking on this list of things without carbs and it said Gin, rum, whisky, and vodka had no carbs, is this true???? If so I think I can drink a little more and not get knocked out of ketosis. That would rock. well I hope this is true.
I am taking a fat burner with this ingrediant in it and I was wodering if this would totally throw off my diet. Mr x said "it seemed to reliably interrupt ketosis". So I was wondering how much of an impact it would really have. Thanks.
