I like doing preacher curls, and find that it gives the biggest mass gains along with standing barbell curls. For the people that say that you 'cheat' too much on standing bb's. Heres a tip.
Keep your back/body flat against a wall and then do your curls, that way you don't find yourself using...

Im with you on this, I lost about 90 pounds in rougly 6-8 months. But the loose skin is not really that obvious, yet it stretches extensively ( I can pull my skin 1-2 inch's from my body ). Well on most body parts that is.
