I have read several threads that recommend using dextrose in PWO shakes. I am currently using ASN Whey Protein which contains the natural sweetner "fructose". In a single scoop (20 g protein), the sugar content is 1g. Wouldn't adding dextrose to this make for a seriously sweet taste...

I agree. I absolutely hate scrambled or boiled egg whites. Is this a miracle food? Can I replace them with something else in the morning? or, can I mix them up in something (like a drink) and not taste them at all? I almost puked this morning eating them!!!
Is there any particular protein that you'd recommend for a woman trying to lose 30 pounds. I'm 43, 5'6", bf (at least 30%). Your plan calls for protein of at least 30grams plus the addition of low fat milk (1% or 2%). Is myoplex lite a decent choice?
