    I believe preacher curl uses to much of your forearms. Doing 7-8 sets of incline DB curl at 8-10 reps is my favorite! Focus on your form as you want your elbows to stay glued to your side while also focusing on not moving your arm upwards, just curl the weight.

    During a bulking or mass/strength gaining diet I believe you actually need more carbs than protein. i.e. 1.5 grams of protein/lb bodyweight and roughly 2-3 grams of carbs/lb.

    495 was more of a mindfuck for me than not being strong enough. Once I hit 5 plates the following week I nailed 515.     I agree. I feel like my core muscles benefit greatly from pulling without a belt. Of course when I start doing singles I will use a belt. Also pulling with chalk is a big plus for grip strength.

    If 308 is bugging you that much then I would say just pull it and then get your form perfect. If there is an exercise you dont want to have bad form with I would say its the deadlift.

    I do agree with you here. Really any bench movement with arms fanning out is going to cause major stress in areas that cannot take it.
