No i dont have a bench or pull up bar and the max i got is 15 but im gonna get somemore as u can add plates to it i just need a simple begginers workout to train my full body if u have a routine plz tell me
Hi there iv been training a couple of weeks iv got natural strength but im a skinny guy and want to put on some muscle iv only got dumbbels to work. With so has anyone got a dumbbell routine for me ttheres so many out there i dont no which to follow any help will be great thanks :)
