3 wks left on deca and winny cycle total of 12wks with last 6 wks winny with deca. gained 14lbs looking good but put on a little fat on stomach! would it ruin my cycle as far as gains,if I ran some clen last 2 wks??

Are you supposed to drop/squirt the clen on your tongue, under your tongue, or down your throught as much as possible? Which way works the best?

What dosage of clen should I take? I am 6'1" 200lbs. I just don't want to get the shakes real bad, but I want it to work! Also, does clen affect birthcontrol pills at all?
