Well I basically had a Month of the gym and came back a lot weaker...i got that strength back within a few weeks and now i am noticeably stronger than I was before the break........ however I have still not regained 7 pounds that I have lost
Is this normal?
Will the weight Catch up with me?
i find the new modern machines a waste of time...i thought machines were there to hold the weight and you do the required movement, but it seems these modern machines assist the user a bit and are nicely balanced to help you
I was doing shrugs with the dumbells...a kid walks next to me picks up the 50's, bumps into me knocking me off my rhythm and doesnt even apoligise...on top of that he begins to do flat bench with the 50's and barely bent his elbows then simply drops the weights
