Dextrose isn't necessary with the other carbs that you are taking. Some will argue that it works better, but there aren't any studies backing that claim up. Glad to help.
There is no sugar in Swole V.2, it works thru different mechanisms. Rely on that for your pump. I have a high opinion of Swole V.2. Forget dextrose w/protein before the workout, just use it post-workout. Its purpose is to restore muscle glycogen that you used up during the workout.
Bridging doesn't work. All you are doing is cruising with lower doses, but you are still suppressed. If you don't want to come off, then don't, but don't fall for the "Bridging" fallacy.

I would do it like this. First thing in the morning-Swole. Wait about 30 minutes before you eat or take protein. 45 minutes before workout--Swole again. Then around 15 minutes before workout take your protein. Then post workout take your protein and dextrose(or whatever carbs you use)...
You could mix it with protein but I wouldn't. It works better by itself. Just give yourself 30minutes before drinking the protein. Also, I would take this pre-workout instead of post.
