    nice, thanks for the link, loads of info on there. I mainly made this thread though to see if 3 days a week is enough as i split my muscles up into 2 sessions, so 1 week im doing 2 sets of the same muscles and then next im only doing them muscles once that week.

    Ok, im not very good at eating a lot, i find if i eat a big meal then chew chuddy (chewing gum) then im hungry again pretty quickly. Is this a bad thing? This way i can achieve a bulk diet :)
