    Yes i do train. I work my arms and chest and stomach 3-5 times a week depending how im feel... i usually workout for about 1 hour each time I goto the gym. Im am 21 years old, 150 weight pounds, 5 11" height. MY normal day I usually have a bowl of captin Crunch in the morning... then threwough...
