I had a one just like this before and my doc said no ice...put a hot cloth on it and let it sit there and repeat throughout the day.I would even get in the shower and let hot water run on it for 10-15 minutes.
The clutch is wore out,when you tap on the front of it hard it will start spinning but then it will stop after a few seconds.Then if you tap it again it will fire back up.So maybe I dont need the whole compressor just the clutch?

The compressor is not kicking on.I have power at the switches in the dash,all the fuses are good but I dont have power at the compressor.It loses power in between somewhere(maybe a inline fuse?) The repair shop said the condensor is fully charged.
Louis I would keep the Winny at about 50 per day and as far as the Mast,you will still get good results at any bodyfat percent but you will get greater ones at 10% and under.Take care.
