    asdf Thats what I thought, I usually take a week off myself.. When I come back, I start off a little weaker; then the week after I go crazy and I could feel the soreness!

    Ya, I always wrap my hands wehn I hit the heavy bag now.. i know what you're going through, been there, done that.. Doesn't feel too good, but when you wrap hit the bag, it makes your knuckles so muich fcking better and stronger because it develops calises..
