I have been getting great results from Sci-Tech's Creatine as well as their MyoMax Gain. Their products are a little expensive but I find its worth it. Although sometimes I think its a mental thing and its embedded in my mind that I won't get the same results if I change products. Who know...
They are garbage and not worth the trouble. I used them for about 6 weeks had more side effects than gains. Creatine is the way to go, along with a balanced diet that is.
Hey man, I was having problems with my kidneys and was not sure if it was from a high amount of protein or from creatine. Turns out it was the creatine and I continue to take in close to 200g of protein a day and no problems, still drink lots of water to keep flushing them though.

I tried it about three months ago, it worked well put on some decent size and some good strength gains but I don't think it was worth the money. I get better results from Creatine which is much cheaper. It also tastes terrible.
