    Walking vs running

    My new favorite is intervals on a treadmill with the incline way up. I do 10 minutes warm up at 3.5mph at 10% incline, then 1 min at 6.0 then 2 minutes at 3.0, repeat. Doesn't sound like much but after 35 minutes (500-550 calories) you are pretty darn tired... I tried bumping it up to 12%...

    Don't waste your money on Floranex or Lactobacillus tablets/capsules...the last time that organism was alive was 5 minutes after it was packaged. It is extremely hard to stabilize it.. I recommend yogurt to anyone with gas problems, particularly Dannon Activia...highest content of probiotics...

    OH, and the 5x5 went good this week...I'm fed up with my weights, so I got mad at the fucking bar I was doing deads, and didn't know where I would end up, my 5x5 schedule said 190x5...but I did 185x5, bumped it to 205x5 and did 7 reps...so next week I'll go for 225x5 as my last set Squat I did...
