Because as a track runner my legs are already in great shape.
I could go for a full body build but once again...im trying to figure out which is the best.

Is there an exact program i can follow for this.
I did Strong Lift for 3 months when an admin on this site led me on to it but it didn't really give me the size I wanted.
Not sure if i should continue but just alter my diet or find a new program all together.
First there's the Strong Lift 5x5 and I have seen some great results from it but I'm not sure if continuing it will help me grow to the size I want.

Well I just finished with the Strong Lift 5x5 and I have to say it was a great routine. Thing is though it didn't build up as much mass as I wanted to on my arms.

Well in order to tighten up my chest and make my abs a bit harder I have been keeping my calorie intake under 1597 for about a month and a half now.
