Rack Pulls
Barbell Rows
T-Bar Rows
Cable Low Rows
Shrugs (Either Barbell or Dumbbell)
Ive hit a plateau lately in my chest growth and I wanna have kinda a shock few workouts to get a jump start again...Ive tried many many combinations over the years and usually hit rep range between 8-12 so anyone just give me their routines so I can hit it from a diff angle...Thanks
I was thinking of using a EQ only cycle during a cutting phase in order to maintain as much mass as possible while still losing body fat...Is this a good idea?
