Dude, that sux. Happened to me too, at that age. Wish I had good news. The lumps did go down a lot after 9-12 months. Puffiness stayed. Little noticeable difference. I used compression for 6 months afterward, just to be sure. Took off only for bathing/sex. No help. Building pecs under them...
