do your wrists hurt when you do curls with a straight barbell?
I get them only when doing reverse curls with a straight bar, feels like my wrists are gonna pop. It sucks because I would like to do reverses with the bar, any suggestions ? It never happens anytime else to me... wierd- sfladave

Protein bars with brownie mix?
I came home to find out that my mom bought me two boxes of brownie mix for no real apparent reason, odd :confused: Either way, I figured I could make some protein bars out of the mix with my EAS simply protein. Any suggestions, recipes??? Thanks!- sfladave

Exactly, bodybuilding.com I noticed has just about every supplement I could find, for CHEAP! Has anyone ordered from them before? EAS Phosphagen hp is 19.99 plus 4 bucks shipping.
