I'm sorry to lay this out but I feel I had to. Custmoer service and communication can make or break a business. I too liked their prices, but I have other choices.

I have ordered wiht thme before and have never waited this long. Its been about 6 weeks. I have contacted needto and I waiting to hear back from him. Its all about customer servic and choices. And i will choose to give me business to someone else next time.

No Worries, as I am certainly not worked up. Its only about $70, its just the principle.If there is a reasonable explanation I will certainly communicate that to the forum members.

I "used to be" a customer of theirs until recently. I ordered some t-3 about 6 weeks ago. Emailed Felicia regarding the status of my order. She said I should have it in a couple of days( this was on 2/6), but no deliver. Since then I have emailed them 3 times requesting either another package...
