ex. if DOMS is from a bunch of excersises in the 5-10rep range = growth.
if DOMS is from a bunch of high rep light weight = minimal growth

? Ramped warm up sets? Naw dude unless im retarded, which i may well be, it just looked like you would do your first 2 sets of the 5 as ramp ups, then the last 3 at working weight and if you can make your last set of five to increase by 5lbs next time.
