    ya thats kinda what i gathered from my googling, ex. if DOMS is from a bunch of excersises in the 5-10rep range = growth. if DOMS is from a bunch of high rep light weight = minimal growth right? or lame?

    Dude, i love the pump! Its like my muscles are shooting a load haha i take 20lbs DBs and do like 30 curls as a warm up on bicep/traps day OMG the feeling is fantastic!

    Lol ya im fully retarded... anyways think how jacked you would get doing this, and honestly after doing it for a bit it would be like cardio. Especially part 2&3 omg over 200 lifts damn! And i know my mentality in the gym, sometimes i just get so stoked dont take any breaks and a couple times...

    ? Ramped warm up sets? Naw dude unless im retarded, which i may well be, it just looked like you would do your first 2 sets of the 5 as ramp ups, then the last 3 at working weight and if you can make your last set of five to increase by 5lbs next time.
