    About a month and I do not seem to be getting much bigger, just keeping strength and getting a little leaner if anything. I am just very wary of adding carbs due to bodyfat levels, guess I am gonna have to though.

    I probably am telling you something you know here but please be carefull with the T3, I have had a Thyroid condition for years and it's no fun having to take medication every day for the rest of your life. Thyroids a dodgy thing to mess with. :bawling:
