Fructose: I try to stay away at all costs when cutting, as it restores liver glycogen rather than glycogen found in muscles. For general health, fruit is good, but for bodybuilding, not so much.
Dairy: Most dairy products will illicit an insulin spike that i don't necessarily want on a cut...
jenetix, if your aspirations are to be a fitness model, compounds like test, winny, and clen will be your best friend. Those will get you big and ripped, unfortunately there is no AAS that help you with your current problem of being a giant douche.
advising not to take any carbs post workout is perhaps the most absurd thing i've heard all day. whether bulking or cutting, it is important to replenish glycogen stores by means of an insulin spike from simple carbs. i usually keep the carb:protein ratio at 1:1 when cutting, and 3:1 when bulking.
I've also found that morning cardio works best for me, but i've heard many a bodybuilder swear that raising cortisol levels that high in the morning (morning being the time they are highest anyways) is "muscle suicide." Thoughts?
I have some 200mcg/ml liquiclen and had a question regarding its measurement. I was planning on using a syringe to ensure an accurate dose. I realize, for instance, if i wanted 20mcg i would draw 1/10th of a cc. Is this the best method to use? It seems between the room for human error and...
Whey is a fast digesting protein source and is a great choice post workout. I have read that fructose, the sugar found in fruit, will not restore muscle glycogen, but will instead replenish glycogen in the liver. You are basically looking for any carbohydrate with a high glycemic index. You...
Whether bulking or cutting, it's important to get some simple carbs to give you an insulin spike and replenish glycogen stores PW. A lot of people use dextrose/whey to get the job done. Eating a whole meal with complex carbs/fats is not necessarily a good idea.
NO-xplode has their blend of creatine, but won't let you in on exactly how much is in it. I actually tried to contact BSN to find out how much is in it, but didn't get any answers. I imagine it's around 5g. How much will be in this one?
I can't fathom why you would schedule surgery during a cycle, let a lone surgery for gyno. It just seems a bit counterintuitive to have surgery to correct something that your cycle could very easily worsen. Why not wait until after the cycle to make sure the gyno doesn't progress?
As a couple of bros have already stated, dentists can be full of shit at times. They tell you to have them taken out because their partnering oral surgeon will make money. Mine told me to have mine taken out two years ago. He insisted on it. I said no and they havent hurt a bit since. I...
