So is it recommended to do a Winny cycle alone for the first time? I am thinking about winny 10mg ED for 10wks but start primo 50 mg EW starting the 4th week while on winny. My goal is to harden my muscles but also to get cut. Any advice? Will EQ be better than primo? I would like to use var but...

Yeah I am near the Dayton area, I have looked everywhere, I believe Scott Sheely is in Lancaster, isn't he? Which is about 4 hrs away from me. UHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH :worried: this stinks, I really enjoy this sport, I still do my shadow boxing and I keep up my cardio and weight lifting.

Hey I currently lost my trainer and I have a few MMA fights under my belt but does anyone train in Ohio and know of anyone who is looking for females to train? Just wondering, I love the sport and love to fight but cant find anyone who would train women.
