I don't think it makes much difference. Sometimes I do it before strength training, and sometimes I do it after. Similarly, I like to do it empty stomach early in the morning too. And later in the afternoon, I go for an actual gym workout.
The important thing is that you should do it regularly...
You'll be busy in toilet... Protein supplements is an addition to your already good diet plan. And, muscle building requires consistency in exercise as well as good healthy diet...

Focus on stretching and also use foam rolling.... Give importance to overall body, quads, hamstrings, glutes all....
I usually don't go for creatine loading phase. Instead I take 3 grams per day. And after 3 months, I take 2 to 4 week break and then start again.
Secondly, when you're off the creatine, all you lose is water weight that you gained by using creatine and little bit of strength.
You meant AM/PM workout. And, I don't think it's recommended for beginners, because it can become overwhelming that increases chance of getting injured. Apart from that, if you're training two different body parts and keeping workout volume low then it's fine to go with. And, as other suggested...

I like to go solo. The best part is that you don't have to decide depending upon whether your partner would prefer to train this body part or not. Secondly, it's not easy to find right training partner. If you're looking for some serious workouts then you've to look whether the training partner...
