    i myself like to mix it up on a treadmill.....im on a cutting routine so i usually do a 30 min cardio session.......i walk for 2 mins at 3mph, then run for 1 min at 6.5-7 mph......i alternate for 30 mins doing that WHEW that gets the metabolism up and down and up and down.....u will definately...
