    Ok for my pull day I did: Pull ups (8x1,6x1,5x1) Low Rows (2x10, 1x8) Lat pulldown (3x8) Face Pulls (3x10) Bicep Curls(1x10, 2x8) 10mins run @ 12kph Pretty much all to fail.
