Today i did squats 3x5, deadlifts 2x5, 1x3 my grip is really letting me down here I dunno what to do mite try using chalk, leg presses 3x10, couldn't do any crunches cos the gym was so fuarking full...
Ok for my pull day I did:
Pull ups (8x1,6x1,5x1)
Low Rows (2x10, 1x8)
Lat pulldown (3x8)
Face Pulls (3x10)
Bicep Curls(1x10, 2x8)
10mins run @ 12kph
Pretty much all to fail.

OHP is with a barbell(Military Press) and shoulder press is seated with dumbells.
Today for my push day I did:
Bench press(going for 3x5) last 2 sets I could only do 4 reps(fail)
Shoulder press 3x8-10
Incline dumbbell press 3x8-10
Skullcrushes 3x8-10
